Hermes Google Connector is a private, owner-operated integration used to connect authorized Google accounts to the owner's Hermes agent system.
When an account owner authorizes the connector, it may access Google data covered by the permissions that person approved, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts, Sheets, and Docs data.
Google user data is used only to provide functions requested by the authorized user, such as reading and organizing information, creating or updating calendar items, preparing or sending messages, and working with documents and records.
Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with data brokers.
Authorization credentials may be stored securely so the connector can continue operating without requiring repeated sign-in. Operational data may be retained only as needed for the owner's private agent workflows, logs, and memory systems.
The account owner can revoke the connector's Google access at any time through their Google Account permissions. Revoking access prevents future requests that depend on those credentials.
Hermes Google Connector's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
